What is known about breastfeeding?

Breastfeeding is an instance of social mobilization is becoming more important every year. But since there is so reliable, scientifically proven, as another, bordering on the myth and lies, then some true or false about the best way to feed the baby.

1. Breastfeeding helps you lose, naturally, the accumulated excess kilos during pregnancy.
2. The more often you breast-feeds her baby, the faster you empty the mammary gland and, consequently, produce less milk.
3. It is not advisable to drink too much water before feeding, because it can not produce milk and water to sufficiently feed the baby.
4. If a child is not gaining well, it is possible that his mother’s milk is of poor quality.
5. Breast-feeding beyond six months is a more affective nutritional value.

How to know what day I got pregnantTo get pregnant, it is important first that you are in the fertile period, or when you’re ovulating.This period often depends on the length of each individual cycle.

A cycle is between the first day of menstruation and the first day of the next.In a normal 28-day cycle, ovulation takes place in 14 days.

In a long cycle of 35 days, takes place on day 21, but fertilization may occur during the days preceding ovulation.

It usually occurs in the middle of the menstrual cycle, or towards the 14 days for a cycle of 28 days.

Since the implantation of the fertilized egg, the pregnancy hormone called human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) begins to be secreted.

At the same time, the rates of the hormones estrogen and progesterone rise, preventing the loss of uterine lining.In a normal cycle when you are pregnant, rates of these hormones fall and have normal menstruation.
