
Sporting activity, understood as a game or recreational activity that involves movement, significantly improves cardiovascular function and contributes to proper maturation of the musculoskeletal system and their psychomotor skills.
The exercise continued, accompanied by a balanced diet will help regulate body weight, preventing the emergence of obesity, both in childhood and in adulthood (80% of obese adults were obese children).
