1. Try to eat fruit between meals only water, unsweetened juice, water, green tea, herbs or nuts.
2. Gradually decrease the volume of each food.
3. Do not repeat meals.
4. Take at least 1 liter and a half of water a day, your skin and your legs will thank you.
5. Do not skip meals, you must perform five daily meals (breakfast, mid morning, lunch, afternoon and lunch). In this way not hungry and eat just enough.
