Tips for Ideal Weight

Every day more people are concerned about their weight and do not wonder. Currently, and as we have mentioned in this blog, overweight levels are rising steadily.

Today, we will see a series of tips to avoid overweight and achieve optimal weight of the hand of Dr. Garrido (medical biological, winner of the World Hans Reckeweg)

1. Try to eat fruit between meals only water, unsweetened juice, water, green tea, herbs or nuts.
2. Gradually decrease the volume of each food.
3. Do not repeat meals.
4. Take at least 1 liter and a half of water a day, your skin and your legs will thank you.
5. Do not skip meals, you must perform five daily meals (breakfast, mid morning, lunch, afternoon and lunch). In this way not hungry and eat just enough.
6. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and small portions of lean proteins (meat, poultry, fish, shellfish) and whole grains.
