The sport helps children develop physically and mentally, to be healthy, and relate in a healthy way with other children. Being fit is being healthy. And this is a general rule.

Just like adults, children must find and play a sport they like. At first it might cost to start and keep up, but if the child has the support, determination and the safety of parents, all walk. (more…)
